Procedure for Public Hearing

19. Procedure related to public hearing

(1) When conducting a public hearing according to section 30 of the Act, the procedure as per Schedule-3 shall be adopted.
(2) The public hearing shall be held at least once in every four months and during such public hearing, information shall be given about the efforts made by the office to fulfill the commitments made to the service recipient. Subjects may include:-

(A) Information about the service facilities provided or to be provided by your office,

(B) Problems, complaints and complaints related to your office,
(c) The matter of giving detailed information to the relevant stakeholders and other interested parties about the plans, projects, programs, budget etc. to be conducted in the current financial year from their office,
(d) Subject to evaluation of the positive or negative impact of the program conducted by the office,
(e) Accomplishment of improvements on matters raised in previous public hearings,
(f) Other current affairs.
